Teri Myers
Board Member and Lead Independent Director

Teri Myers is a Board Member and Lead Independent Director of The WGI Worldwide Company. Mrs. Myers has responsibility, as a member of the Board of Directors, for supervising the management of WGI and its operations. Mrs. Myers joined WGI as a Senior Advisor in 2019 was elected to the Board of Directors in 2020.

Mrs. Myers is Senior Vice President, Sales at Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services. In this role she is responsible for $1.7 billion in annual sales across the United States and Canada. Prior to this she held a series of roles at Clean Harbors and its predecessors, including sales representative, regional director, and vice president of sales. Mrs. Myers began her career as an process engineer at ExxonMobil.

Mrs. Myers is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in chemical engineering. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. Mrs. Myers is married with three sons and enjoys tennis, marathon running and serving her community.
