Ramlie Kamsari

Ramlie Kamsari is a Partner of The WGI Worldwide Company and its Global Head of Investor Relations. Mr. Kamsari is responsible the Company’s investor relations function globally. He ensures the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and shareholders. Mr. Kamsari develops investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value, and leads a robust investor relations strategy and framework.

Prior to WGI Mr. Kamsari spent nearly five years at Nomura, a Japanese financial services company with operations in 20 countries. At Nomura he was CEO of Nomura Islamic Asset Management, responsible for Sharia compliant investments and asset management within the bank. Prior to this role he was CEO of CIMB-Principal Islamic Asset Management, a joint venture between leading Malaysian bank CIMB and US investment manager Principal Financial Group. Mr. Kamsari spent almost a decade at CIMB in various roles, and before that at Societe Generale. Mr. Kamsari has directly managed billions of dollars in assets in his award winning career.

Mr. Kamsari holds a degree in commerce from Western Sydney University, has participated in leadership programs at Wharton and INSEAD, and lives in Kuala Lumpur with his wife and children.
